Payment or order questions
Include your order number, platform, region, payment network and a description of the issue. For a payment investigation, include the public transaction hash if available. Do not send another payment just because confirmation is delayed.
Delivery, activation or refund questions
Contact support about missing delivery, an invalid item, an incorrect region or product, duplicate payments or cancellation. Describe the error without including the full activation code. Support must confirm any refund decision and secure verification steps.
Keep private information private
Never email a wallet recovery phrase, private key, password or private order link. Redact codes and access tokens from screenshots. Your order link grants access to your order and delivered item.
