Delivery information — pending confirmation
The application can assign a digital item to a paid order. The actual product, key authenticity, activation readiness and delivery deadline still require seller confirmation.
Draft information — owner confirmation required. These are not final commercial terms. Missing seller details, product evidence and delivery commitments must be resolved before commercial launch.
What the statuses mean
Pending: payment is not yet confirmed. Paid: a payment has been matched and confirmed. Awaiting fulfilment: the order is waiting for assignment. Delivered: an inventory item has been assigned and made available through the private order page. These statuses do not certify publisher authorisation or successful activation.
Where to find the item
The delivery email links to your private order page; the item is shown there after delivery. Keep that link private. Payment receipt and delivery notification are different emails. Check your spam folder if an expected notification is missing.
Timing and unavailable inventory
No verified delivery deadline is currently published here. A game release countdown is not an order-delivery guarantee. If assignment is unavailable, an order may remain awaiting fulfilment. Contact support with your order number; do not pay again.
Activation problems
Check the selected platform and account region. If the item does not work, contact support with the order number and a redacted error message. Do not post your code publicly. Resolution and refund procedures require confirmed seller terms.
