Cancellation and digital content
UK rules can require express agreement to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of losing a cancellation right, with confirmation, before that right is lost. No such waiver should be assumed from payment alone. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content are separate.
Crypto payment recovery
A blockchain transfer cannot simply be reversed by this website. This is not a blanket no-refund rule. Refund eligibility, network, amount, fees, timing and secure recipient verification must be agreed through support; automatic recovery is not promised.
